Civil Process Fees

Effective January 1st, 2023

The Sheriff’s Office requires a deposit of $70.00 for the service fees.

• Service Fee - Flat Fee (No Mileage) - $70.00
• Mortgage Foreclosure, Judicial Foreclosure, and all other Sales - $75.00
• Notary Fee For Out of State Process - $5.00
